Biography
I completed my Master of Science Degree in Agronomy and Soils at Auburn University during 1998. I started with NRCS in May 1998 as a State Office WAE working with the Resource Conservation Staff. After 6 months in the State Office, I began my training as a Soil Conservationist in the Tuskegee Field Office in Macon County. From there I moved to Geneva County and worked for three years in training on activities relating to conservation planning and cost-share program administration. In May 2002 I returned home here in Brewton as the District Conservationist for Escambia County. It is my desire to work closely with our landowners and producers in their efforts to be good stewards of the land, considering conservation measures for soil, water, air, plant, and animal. I would like to welcome you to my office to learn about what the Natural Resources Conservation Service can do for you as we work together to preserve the productivity of our farmland, timberland, wildlife recreational areas, water sources, and landscape beauty.
